With regard to the sales of my properties, Beth's process is to compose a list of what needs to be done to bring the house up to speed without spending outrageous amounts of dollars and then engage her cherry-picked crew to do the fixups - mostly under budget. The recent sale of 1736 Mova Street was seamless. She supervised a few fixups, listed them, and found a qualified buyer within days. What can I say? Beth is a blessing.
I would need many more than 150 characters to explain how awesome Beth was throughout the entire home purchase process. This was my very first home purchase, by the way. From the beginning, Beth made us feel comfortable and confident with our home-buying process. We began looking for a second home in Sarasota while living full time in Kentucky; Beth would go to all the homes we found online that we had an interest in and would provide detailed video walkthroughs, she helped us navigate the areas of Sarasota we were interested in (we had never been to Sarasota), and she took care of every detail of the buying process for us. Working with Beth Harris was an excellent experience! She took us through about 10 homes in 1 day. It was about 98 degrees and humid. She was incredibly patient, kind, and fun but also had an incredible knowledge of the Sarasota area. When we decided on a home, there was a bit of a problem with the builder and Beth went above and beyond to resolve the issue by contacting someone that was a senior in the company and could make decisions and completely resolved our issue!
